After the initial appointment, I present a plan & estimate of time needed to work on the concerns you bring.
I provide trauma and attachment informed treatment from an anti-oppressive framework, and wholistic approach. I guide you to find balance in every life sphere, so you can function optimally, and live with purpose and meaning.
