I have over 30 years experience serving clients throughout the lifespan. While I am now focusing my practice on individual therapy with adults 18+, my previous work facilitating therapy groups as well as family and couple therapy in a variety of mental health organizations, have built my skill set.

Psychotherapy continues to evolve as neuroscience and psychology are better understood. I have steadily added to my training in new evidence-based treatment approaches. Treatment is tailored, to your situation and concerns. I may draw from any and all of the modalities as needed. One approach does not fit all, and most approaches have valuable offerings.
